People worldwide stage pro-Palestinian rallies

TEHRAN- In the wake of a 4-day cease-fire between Hamas and the Israeli army, people around the world took to the streets and marched in order to show their solidarity with Palestinians. During the cease-fire, people in cities across the globe held rallies and demonstrations to call for an end to the violence and an immediate halt to Israel's occupation of Palestinian territories. Many also expressed their support for the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement, which seeks to pressure Israel to comply with international law and respect Palestinian rights.
